CoachReady ("we," "us") is a youth soccer coaching app operated by Hoffer Marketing. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we don't sell your data, and we never collect information about children.

What we collect

• Email address — when you create an account, used for sign-in and occasional app updates.
• Device identifier — a random ID generated on your device, used to track your free-tier usage and subscription status.
• Team setup info — team name, age group, player count, practice schedule, and player first names you enter for rosters and lineups.
• Purchase status — whether you have an active subscription, processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.

About player names

Rosters and lineups are tools for you, the coach. Player names you enter are stored on your device, and synced to our servers only if you share your team with an assistant coach. We recommend using first names only. We do not collect ages, photos, or any other information about players, and we have no way to identify or contact them.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't show third-party ads.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. CoachReady accounts are for adult coaches.

Services we use

• Supabase — account authentication and data storage.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Resend — sending account emails.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email chris@hoffermarketing.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and note the new date above.
